Cold Pressed Oils

Cold-pressed oil is extracted from seeds, nuts, or fruits using a mechanical press at low temperatures, usually below 49°C (120°F), to preserve its natural flavor, aroma, and nutritional content. Unlike refined oils, which use heat and chemicals and lose nutrients in the process, cold-pressed oils remain pure and retain their original vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and essential fatty acids. This makes them a healthier, more natural choice, though they may have a shorter shelf life due to their higher unsaturated fat content.
